If you have any enquiries regarding the gift that you purchased, please contact the retailer directly. Unfortunately this is something that Marriage Gift List cannot help with.
Marriage Gift List is only a "list management" system. We do not process any payments or have any control over the delivery of gifts.
Any purchases made will be between yourself and the individual online retailer.

The retailer may have increased or decreased the price of the item since Jade & Simon added it to their gift list.
The price on the retailers website will always be the correct one. Unfortunately Marriage Gift List can't check for any price changes, so occasionally the price you see on the gift list may be wrong.
You can inform Simon to update the item with the correct price.
Firstly, it's important to know that you'll be browsing Jade & Simon's gift requests on Marriage Gift List, but you won't be buying directly from us.
When you click on a gift you would like to buy for Jade & Simon, read the instructions carefully and take note of their delivery requirements. When ready click the "visit retailer & purchase gift" button.
On the retailers website, add the gift to your basket and head to the checkout. Remember to use the delivery information Jade & Simon provide and pay for the gift on the retailers website.
Here's the important part… return to Jade & Simon's gift list and a purchase confirmation box will appear. You will then need to complete the form to mark the gift as purchased.
Once you have paid for the gift on the retailers webiste, simply go back to Jade & Simon's gift list and a purchase confirmation box will appear. Fill in the form to mark the purchase as complete.
Don't worry, you can undo this in no time. Look for an email from Marriage Gift List with the subject "You have marked a gift as purchased" (it may appear in your spam folder).
Then scroll down until you see the heading - "Changed your mind?". Click the link and you will see the gift. Next, click "Remove this purchase" and it will appear on the couples list again.
If you don't see the email in your inbox, let us know and we can resolve it for you: firstname.lastname@example.org. Please state either of the couples surnames and the name of the item in your message to us.
Please bring your gifts to Jade & Simon's wedding.

Marriage Gift List simply passes you on to the retailers website. We'd love to help but we are not responsible for any of the gifts purchased.
When you purchase a gift from the retailer, then the agreement is between yourself and the individual store. We are unable to intervene. If you have any problems with the gift, please contact the retailer directly.
When you "mark the gift as purchased" on Jade & Simon's gift list, this is not a proof of purchase. You pay for the item on the retailers website, and you should receive a receipt from them via email for proof of purchase.
Unfortunately that is not something we can arrange.
If you know another guest attending Jade & Simon's wedding, you can always contact them and arrange to share the cost of the gift between you. Just make sure one of you marks the gift as purchased on the gift list.
